The taste of cereals stands out and anticipates notes of apricot, hazelnut and honey. An explosion of tastes brought together by the freshness of ginger and slight hints of citrus fruits, before finishing with notes of spices and malt.

Drunk at Enoteca Piccola in Hsinchu. Amber hazy, mildly spicy herbal flavor, full and lightly sweet mouthfeel. Nice complexity, well balanced, excellent!
Red ale with spices. Comes on strong but grows on you. Excellent.

On tap at Open Baladin - Rome, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma has a nice spicy Belgian yeast character, gentle esters, and red berries. Flavour is much the same, with lots of red berries, fruity esters, light spiciness from the yeast, and light-to-moderate residual sweetness. Decent.

Bottle. Orange/Gold Color. Slight head. Flavor is spicy, but not as spicy as one would expect. I would recommend this. Suprised it is from Italy.

Bottle from Kisjes Slijterijen, Meppel. Aroma is malt, spices and herbs, sweet toffee, honey, not too much ginger fortunately, some ripe fruits, Flavour is honey-like and rather sweet with low bitterness. Body is medium. Interesting Traditional Ale with an ’old world’ flavoured character. Bit too heavy on the honey-like sweetness for my taste though.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber colored brew with an slightly sour taste with an herbal and bitter back-up. Hints of ginger and something else that must be the kamut or the myrrh. This could be an good special beer by brewers from the countries of North Africa and the Levant, if they are there ofcourse.
Tastes pretty much like quintessential italy. Wineish sparkling. It's good.

Stark, fast belgisch, sehr aromatisch
