Tap at craft beer junction bermondsey. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a dark black coloured pour with a lasting lasting dark tan head. Aroma is nice, woody coffee roast, coffee bean, smoked pepper. Chocolate. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, oily, coffee, green pepper, brown sugars, tobacco. Nice coffee character. Palate is semi sweet, oily, moderate carbonation. Good.

Keg at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Pours rich brown with a creamy, beige topping. Dense coffee aroma, some cocoa. Medium sweet flavour with notes of dry cocoa, oily coffee, nice roast, hearty malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly sticky, more dark malts, ample cocoa and coffee, chocolate cake. Delicious.

Power tasting at Salesforce, crowler; 7.4% ABV
Black colour with small brown head. The aroma is very nice, very nutty, almost maple. Sweet but not cloying, there is a perfect balance of sweetness and roastiness, nutty maple, creamy lactose.
Excellent.

Crowler. Dark brown. Not much head. On the nose, sort of a fudgey aroma, with a bit of hazelnut. On the palate, it's got a nice richness, big chocolate and still a lot of hazelnut - is that vanilla? It's not bad, but is a bit light for this sort of beer, just big enough to make it work.

Draft pour enjoyed on tap at Hawthorne Bottle Shoppe, St Petersburg. Quite the treat this brew is. This would be a great beer to enjoy every single morning. Such a smooth milk chocolate taste that lingers, and its delicious. Dense, black appearance, a cola fizz head. Cocoa, and a fantastic coffee nose. Mocha. Silky mouthfeel. Late palate is a smooth, low bitter coffee. This is exactly what a coffee milk stout
