Blonde Ale
This bright blonde ale shines a brilliant malt character. Born of breezes, captured sunlight and whifle, this beer is a balanced yet dry siren whose first sip calls for the third. Hopped with arguable restraint with Crystal and Bravo hops, Cougar stays fierce enough to raise eyebrows yet is tame enough to be called sessionable.

12oz can pours a hazy, sunset gold with plenty of frothy, white head. Looks pretty damn good. Nose has biscuit and light grist, yeast, some honey, some straw. Flavor follows, buttered biscuit, some yeasty dough, straw, a little honey sweetness, mild under ripe melon. Dry finish. Honestly, pretty good for the style.

12 oz. can from thebaldwizard. Thanks Joe! It pours a mostly clear golden yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is bready with hints of honey and earthy hops. The flavor is pretty much the same. Bread, honey, corn, hints of citrus and earthy/floral hops. Very low hop character. The mouthfeel is light and fairly crisp, although the honey gives it some body. Overall, pretty boring, but not terrible.

Can on RBWG Bus. Pours a clear gold with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is grass and wheat. Medium mouth with light citrus and grass, light dry finish, decent.

Ticked on the bus during the rbwg2015 brewery bus tour. Can pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a nice bright white head. The aroma is kind of minerals, sweet sugary malts and malt sweetened floral hops. The taste delivers sweet malts, some corn and bit of floral hops. Pretty neat, solid brew.
