Molo Brew in Ålesund and Geiranger Bryggeri in Geiranger came together to brew this one of a kind sour beer. Every ingredient is from the Sunnmøring region of Norway. Yarrow is used in place of hops. The apples and raspberry are grown in Geiranger, and the water is from Geiranger. This beer is fermented with Årset Kveik yeast from Eidsdal.
