Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a murky dark brown color with a large foamy orange-tan head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet fig, cherry and strong brown sugar. The flavor was tobacco, brown sugar, fig, booze and hints of toffee and coffee. Long brown sugar, fig and tobacco finish. Medium body. Interesting.

Pours cloudy dark amber color with cream colored head. Caramel malt aroma with some sourness. Flavor is mostly overly sweet caramel with some orange peel and sugar. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Dark amber colour. Sweet and slightly caramel and brown sugar aroma. The taste is basically the same. However, there is quite a bit of complexity in the malts and on the palate.

Bottle. Pours a nice coppery red with a fizzy head and aromas of apple juice concentrate, booze and sugars. Flavor is sweet with lots of caramel and apple and an obvious boozy edge.
