St Otto is brewed with Belgian Candi Syrup and fermented with Belgian yeast to develop typical Belgian flavors, but it is also dry hopped heavily with Jarylo and Amarillo hops. The dry hop adds a touch of fresh fruit to compliment the esters from the yeast. It is sitting at 7,6% which gives a touch of warmth to the chest as it is drank.
