We teamed up with our friends at Flora Hall Brewing in Ottawa for this Czech Style Pale Lager that we hand decocted over an open flame in our back parking lot. Decoction essentially means boiling a portion of the mash which creates interesting flavour and texture compounds that you can’t get with a standard mash. 3.8% ABV and easy drinking, it’s perfect for anyone doing “Damp January”
