This beer is gluten-fri. To start the year, we wanted to make something light and refreshing so we're starting off with a light Kölsch style ale. Kölsch beers are known for their smooth aftertaste due to the lagering of this beer. We added fresh cucumber to this one to give it a refreshing aftertaste.
