Tap at Down Under, thx Gurthnar. Misty chalky red, thick pinkish off-white head. Cherry notes in the aroma backed by some cloves and pepper. Lean, dry, tart cherry taste, more clove phenols, low sichuan pepper touches, mild salty and tart. Okay enough!

Tap at Down Under. Thinnish body, med-high carbo. Med-high sour, mostly clean lacto, combo with fruit tho. Med-light sweet. Lots of sour cherry, medium clovey almost weizenish phenols, light banana too, a bit of general fruitiness. Interesting. Good.
