Can (8/21/25) from the brewery. Opaque yellow with decent head, excellent retention, nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong onion, cooking herb, hint of background citrus. Taste is light scallion, relatively stronger fruit, biscuit. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, dry, crisp finish. Not bad but hard to know what age has done to hop potency. Would be nice to have fresh, though I don't know if I'll ever get there again.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thank you! Aroma has mild onion and soft grapefruit. Mild bready malt backbone with the grapefruit and soft onion. You can tell this seen better days. Canned 8/21/25. That said, still real drinkable.
