Mirabelle plums, grown next door at King Estate Winery, were added to our blonde sour base and left to mature for 9 months. Small, yet packed with bright juice, these plums of French origin add a unique fruit flavor to this complex wild ale, providing us with a reminder that summer never has to end.

Damn, the funky plums in this are fantastic! Crisp plum funk, which comes off as sweet berries and stonefruit again, like magic, and I feel like the carb is more on point compared to 2018. Damn lovely. A couple more blends and it'll contest Quetsche!

Effervescent and dry tartness with plum finish and burps. Like a mix of berries and stonefruit.
