A super-sexy flavor profile that is as complex as it is tasty, with British and Belgian yeast characters intermingling with roasty and toasty malt flavors. And Sexy BORIS has a little sweetness from Belgian candi sugars to make it great. It's a party in your mouth - Enjoy!

473ml can. Darkest brown colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, minimally sugary, caramel malty and minimally artificial, fruity aroma, minimally chocolately, dark malty background, notes of sweet cherry, "Fritt Kirsche", a touch of plum, almond. Taste is sweet, slightly sugary, caramel malty and slightly artificial, yeasty fruity, slightly bitter alcoholic, hints of sweet cherry and "Fritt Kirsche" again, a touch of plum, almond, weak hints of brown sugar; relatively well hidden alcohol.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, cloying palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice and intense, though minimally artificial fruitiness; quite sweet, a tad monotonous - yes, sexy and appealing, but simultaneously off-putting as well; liquid red-light district in a way...

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with a slight dark tan head. Aroma of smooth dark/burnt malt and something of fruit. Full bodied. A little heat. Or maybe more than a little. A firm cherry aspect. Some chocolate. Malty and far from dry. There's bitterness, but I can't pin any hop. Definitely heat tho.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour with wispy beige head, thin ring around the glass. Boozy aroma, chocolate fudge. Taste is strong, roasty, chocolate, with the candy sugar giving it notes of cherry, notable chocolate covered cherries. Really nice, smooth, mellow burn.
