Nelson Sauvin brings its white-grape brightness and lime-zest edge, stretching the aromatics all the way through the finish. Cascade gives the familiar grapefruit-pith and pine structure that keeps sweetness in check. El Dorado fills in the middle — plush mango, pear, and pineapple that round out the palate.
