Bottle shared at the 2025 Pre-Christmas/NY Zaandam Borrel. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with plenty of bubbles. The aroma is herbal, light apple. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, fresh, juicy apple, sweet strawberry palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle shared at kermis tasting. Slight hazy golden. Huge funk, sweet apple and pear, light caramel, dust, bark, a touch of citrus, juicy berries. Under medium seeet, light sour and bitter. Crisp medium bodied, solid medium dry. Lovely.
