And the mischief continues! This time our two cats brought company: smoked salt and dandelion! Together with nettles and elderflower, we are ready for an even more flavorful walk in the countryside, where umami meets smokiness. Another great colab with Denis and Suzy of the fantastic Baobab Craft Beer Bar to celebrate our 4th anniversary!

33cl bottle, a gift from friends; poured into a Westmalle Trappist chalice at home on 14th February 2026. Slight haze in the golden body, very short lived white head, fell away to absolutely nothing, no wisp or collar even. Salty overtone and leaning towards 'sour' flavoured, not getting the wild flowers or herbs, or the smokiness they mention either. It is interesting, but it's also a little 'odd'.
