Dark brown, no head. Cinnamon is big, lots of sweetness, good malt base, nutmeg, but yeah the bomb base is necessary because otherwise the spice would be too much.

Bottled. Pours deep brown. Lots of chili powder in this one, not your usual christmas spice dump. Good.

Coffee, toasted malt, and alcohol aroma. Taste is moderately coffee bitter with some sweet malt and woodiness. Finish is cinnamon spice that lingers, alcohol burn.

Pours black with a very minimal tan head. It smells of chocolate, roast malt, and lots of cinnamon and nutmeg. The strong flavor is loaded with winter spices. There’s a big malt backbone that’s heavy on the chocolate. Full bodied, the booze is noticeable as one would expect at such a high abv, but it didn’t strike me as hot. This is very good, but the original Bomb! is superb. The spices are overdone here. I don’t want them to be too subtle. I want to know they’re there. It’s still possible to overdo it though.

Disparate cream-y head over deep reddish black-brown beer. Very spicy nose, X-mas spices, cinnamon, thyme, cardamom, even stearine. Spice bomb indeed. Bit (sweet) roast, rest is just one big explosion of spices with some chocolate. Booze, rosemary, thyme, cinnamon, etc. etc. Resin. Very high booze grade, undercarbonated. More is better, more American, you die. Trump would be proud. Txs to Stef!
