The Bailey Head is an incredible pub and long term supporter of both ourselves and Elusive, so we were delighted to welcome Grace and Duncan down for a collaboration. We have two different variations on a theme. The Elusive IPA is in a New England style, while we created a crisp, modern influenced West Coast IPA. Both beers build flavour with Mosaic hops hot-side, and feature a new, experimental hop variety called Anchovy. Grown in Washington, they’re known for their unique character of watermelon sweets, raspberry, and pine, which plays perfectly in the style.
