Planets & Gods: Poseidon & Neptune

An exploration of experimental hops, with the heavens as a guide. With a nod to the ethereal bodies both real and imagined, we bring you Planets & Gods. A base IPA kettle hopped with Strata and Simcoe that is then loaded up for the dry hop with an experimental hop varietal. Experimental varieties are produced in very small quantities. Some make it to the show but others are left behind. For Poseidon & Neptune, we chose a CRYO version of HBC 630 giving off notes of ripe raspberry, cherry, stone fruits and mild sweetness.
