750 ml capped and corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Pale golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, distinct ginger, a hint of oak. Sour flavour of brettanomyces and lemons, also fairly distinct ginger, hints of oak.

3/18 bottle. A cork under the crown seal. Misted gold with a good cm of white head. Aroma of a lemony ginger beer until the funk creeps through - laundry and bracken. Creamy, almost gluey texture. Highish carbonation. Lots of ginger but only a little heat from it. Lemon gets a bit lost. Brooding sourness, lots of funk. Interesting.

Bottle. Bottled June 2017. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, funky, Ginger. Taste: Moderate tart, some citrus and green apple, combined with clearly present yet well balanced spicy Ginger. Some funk and oak wood. Old hop hints, light bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very pleasant spiced Geuze.

750ml bottle. A pretty unique creature. Undoubtedly the best Ginger Beer I've ever had. Bubbly extra active carbonation level. Quality ginger flavor. Bright lemony wheat sour tones. Intense, cool beer.

Slightly cloudy orange colour, small steady white head. Smells like ginger-radler. Light-bodied. Fizzy, sweetish, some acidity and lots of ginger. I don't understand this lambic.

--Bottled at PBF XIII. -- Clear pale golden, small head. Citric nose with faint ginger. Citric with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Tart lemon, slight ginger. Not much funk. Mid bitter finish.

75cl bottle. PBF XIII. Poured golden almost clear. Thin white head. Pretty good ginger balance here, seldom have I had a beer with ginger that works this good. Light tartness and funky notes.

Bottle@PBF XIII. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is ginger, some citrus, mild floral tones with a bit tart fruity tones. Flavour is ginger, some floral, mild soapy and some fruity tones with a bit of earth.
