Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Pours hazy red brown with a thin white head. Aromas of wood, red wine, spice. Light acetic note. Taste is brown bread, light vinegar. Dry finish.

bottle at ashs ..red brown ...thin tan lacing ..sharp acetic cherry nose ....soft sweet fruits ...tart dry fruit ..Light acetic edge

Appearance - deep reddish amber with a thin head. Quite low carbonation.
Nose - light balsamic, a hint of sour cherry and brown bread.
Taste - more balsamic and bread.
Palate - medium bodied, dry tangy and sour finish. Carbonation low but doesn't really reduce the enjoyment.
Overall - pretty good and on style.
