Bottle at ash's. Pours clear deep amber, nose is funk, grape, oak, soft toffee, hint of balsamic, taste is sweet toffee, balsamic, funk, grape, oak, hints of fruit. 8/8/7/7/7

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Pours hazy red brown with a thin white head. Aromas of wood, red wine, spice. Light acetic note. Taste is brown bread, light vinegar. Dry finish.

Appearance - deep reddish amber with a thin head. Quite low carbonation.
Nose - light balsamic, a hint of sour cherry and brown bread.
Taste - more balsamic and bread.
Palate - medium bodied, dry tangy and sour finish. Carbonation low but doesn't really reduce the enjoyment.
Overall - pretty good and on style.
