On tap at Churchkey, Washington D.C. With so little information about this I wasn’t really sure what to think. Pours a transparent orange, amber with a frothy, lacing white head. Aroma is pretty big but not aggressive: grapefruit, caramel sweetness, some biscuit, some berries. Long, bitter, sharp finish was a bit of a surprise. Flavors of caramel, sweet malts, oranges, lemons, sticky, resin. Surprisingly nice, a touch too bitter on the end.
