Slightly hazy golden coloured body with a light copper glow and a very thin, single centimetre tall off-white soapy head. Aroma of grass, light malt, earth, wheat and some more rather pungent malt. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and light flavours at first with some coriander seed, light curacao, bunches of wheat and some complexity from yeast, but rather mild. Aftertaste shows a lot of dry characteristics with some light hops showing through, but also some dry floral elements and a bit of grass, all finishing with a nice coriander seed freshness and even a hint of super light clove. Overall, a decent saison that is definitely on the lighter side, but not a bad beer at all. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Washington (Foggy Bottom, Eye Street NW), DC on 23-June-2015 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington almost a year later on 31-May-2016.

16oz pour at Founding Farmers comes a hazy orange with some soft, creamy white head. Nose has fruity esters, some honey, candy, light citrus. Flavor follows right along, lightly sweet, some tropical fruit, orange, mild tangerine, a little candy, some pepper. Creamy, dry finish.
