Paper Castles is a little hoppy session ale for these warmer times. Brewed with 2-row some wheat and some oats and then hopped with Amarillo, Hallertau Blanc and Motueka. We dry hopped it with the same combo plus some Simcoe for good measure. It’s light and properly hopped and finishes crisp and bready for endless drinking. We’ve got a handful of low ABV sippers for your cookout this weekend, so stop by and grab some beer to share with your pals.
