Kettle Baked Cookie Stout

We built the chocolate chip cookie inspired stout on a meticulous blend of barley, oats, and wheat to give off the impression of freshly baked cookie dough with no additional flavorings or extracts. Once the beer was done fermenting, we rested it on a mountain of roasted cacao nibs and real vanilla bean. The result is a surprisingly smooth stout with distinct chocolate chip cookie vibes without becoming syrupy or cloying. Brewed without lactose.
