330 ml bottle. Almost clear golden with a big stable creamy head. Physalis, mango, grassy hops, grapefruit zest, resin, apricots, passion fruit. Hoppy zesty bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy zesty resinous bittersweet finish. A very good Pilsner, maybe a bit in the IPL category, although only classic Bavarian hops (Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc) are used.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white. Aroma is floral, grassy, some herbal and mild earthy tones. Flavour is grassy, floral, some earthy and mild grainy and mild herbs. Mild berry aftertaste.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Aroma of apples, grass and bread. Mid dry with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Crisp bread and spicy grass. Long bitter finish.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210512]

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear pale golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grainy smell with orange citrus. Taste is more pale grainy, wheat, strong straw bitterness, overpowered and unpleasant in my opinion. Less fruity. Sorry ...
