The third chapter in our Kill Bill series is inspired by one of the most iconic characters in the entire saga.
Cottonmouth is a light, juicy IPA built with intention, soft haze, bright aromatics, and a clean, restrained finish that keeps it endlessly drinkable. At just 4.0% ABV, it’s subtle but dangerous, delicate on the surface with a sharp edge underneath. A beer that doesn’t need to shout to make its presence known.
The label, an original print gifted to us by Moonlit Sea Prints, captures that elegance and menace perfectly. The moment we saw it, we knew it belonged in this series.
Low ABV.
High precision.
Beautiful, ruthless, and deadly drinkable.

16 oz can from the brewery, 2/7/26. Pours a fully hazy yellowish-orange color with a white head and strong lace. Aroma is lighter, with orange, melon, grapefruit, and dough. Slightly sweet, minimally dry. Touch thin, but not overly so. Stays clear of getting watery. Soft. Easy drinking. Solid overall.
