Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear gold with minimal carbonation and no head. Aroma has a perfumey apple note with a bit of ginger underlying. Flavor has mainly sweet apples with a bit of tartness and a good supporting note of ginger.

5 oz. taster @R.I. Brewfest 2 February 2013. As I held the taster to my nose the ginger was very obvious. The taste is a nice balance of sweet apples and ginger. Lightly tart with a dry finish. This was much better than I was expecting. I would not turn this down if somebody offered me a bottle. And I feel it is worth a try. Enjoyable.

Gold color and clear. Minimal yeast, but there is some in there. Apple and ginger aroma, and medium sweet flavor of sweet apple juice with a little yeast. Not bad.

Sweet initial flavors are enjoyable; goodly amount of apple and the ginger level is not overly prominent. . Worried about the sugar in my tummy. Good co2 tingle with a little bit of that ice cider waxyness. Goes down way too easy. Very easy to enjoy fer sure. Yes, a fine alternative to rude ale. Yez, not bad. Perhaps a touch of alky on the finish. Very tasty, erhaps a little more real than woodchuck. Somewhat like fruity champagne.

12 oz bottle, thanks brenn79. Pours deep old gold with no head and a thin bubbly collar. Aroma consists of apples and ginger of course, along with some basement. Taste starts out sweet before quickly becoming sour. The ginger is noticeable, but not in your face. Carbonation is average. Seems pretty tasty to me.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a pale orange color with a trace white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was apple juice with hints of ginger and cinnamon. The flavor was tangy apple juice, faint vague dry spices and ginger ale. Long finish and light body. Ok.
