On tap @ Blind Tiger. Almost looks like an tropical juice this. Really cloudy, almost murky and only a thin filmy sidesticking little thing on the sides of the glass. The aroma is really lovely tropical, apply and sweet. Lots of mango traces, red sweet apples, yellow apples and something herbal. Rosemary perhaps? Some raisins also here. A really nice aroma on this. It's almost carbonation free this, only a few prickling bubbles on the tongue and it has a nice oily texture in the mouth. This is how a semi sweet cider should taste. Really tropical apply. Sweetish without being too much or sugary. A really nice refreshing summery cider. 09.06.2015

Sampled on draft this cider poured a murky apricot color with a small soapy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was fairly sweet apple juice. The flavor was tart apple and apple juice. Medium length tart apple finish. Medium body. Solid.

Location: 12 oz can from Bottle King - Livingston, 11/29/15

Aroma: The nose is fairly sweet, with lots of apple and not much else
Appearance: Pours a rather murky looking yellowish color without much head and with light lace
Flavor: Taste similar, sweet apple with some mild tartness and apple skin notes
Palate: Light-medium bodied, not watery, soft carbonation, clean enough on the finish
Overall Impression: Pretty one-dimensional, but not bad, especially if you like good old standard apple cider (which I do). It's straight up sweeter apple cider in flavor. So much so, that I might try heating a can of this up and throwing in a cinnamon stick. I can barely tell the difference between this and the non-alcoholic stuff.

Draught at Charlieโ€™s 11/21/15.
This stuff enjoys a good popularity here in Boston, not quite cult-like, but getting there. Hadnโ€™t tried the stuff, as it usually takes some special reason to try "yet another regular old cider..." but I took a chance with the winter blend and this stuff is super cloudy, which was also intriguing, so I figured what the hell.
Cloudy, murky, completely unfiltered golden apple-colored body has no head, as one would expect.
Mushy apples, sugary and rich, in the nose, but with a natural enough quality to it. Light phenolics divulge pepper and very light allspice notes.
Sweet, in the flavor, but not syrupy or punishingly so. Quite a good richness, but with almost enough acidity to balance on the end. Some apple skin-like dryness, a bit of pepper and an ample, but not overdone carbonation that many ciders succumb to having (heavy fizziness). Thick, chewy, slick texture is unusual, but not off-putting and does help soak up some of the sweetness. I liked it, though I certainly get the comments that call it too sweet. I think it would be really, really good if they cut out some of those macs and delcious varieties. With all those, itโ€™s a wonder the stuff is a complete cloying syrup bomb. So I give them credit for that. Definitely some sulfur qualities as well (with it listed on the label, no less). Hopefully they eventually graduate to making ciders without any chemicals.

Tap at stags head as realized I had no cash so had to get a flight to get minimum card balance. Light yellow pour. Nose is sweet pressed apples. Tastes of apple juice, pear, white grapes. Semi sweet. Watery and not bitter or dry enough for my taste.

Draft @ BCTC, Ommegang Brewery. August, 8, 2015. Crystal clear gold. Aroma is pressed apples, watered down pineapple, sugar.

Lots of sweetness but not overly so. Off putting sulfur in the finish. I like the cranberry from this cidery much more. Drinkable except for the sulfur.
