Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a slight copper hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an earthy flora and light pine with some earthy grain and grapefruit underlying. Flavor has pine and earthy citrus with bread and grass supporting.

Poured from 568mL can (pkg 08/07/25; thanks mom). Lightly hazed brown-ish gold with small white head. Sweaty grapefruit and pine hops, mild biscuit malt, leans old school, okay.

Fresh, punchy taste and nose permeate this IPA. The nose has an intriguing mixture of fresh hops, roasty caramel and malt and a hint of vanilla. The taste has a solid but non-astringent bitterness with some pine accents. The hops are underlayed by very tasty rich and sweet malt. Poppin’ balanced taste in this Amsterdam Breweries creation. A real treat.

On tap at the town crier in toronto.
Hazy orange pour, small beige head. Big thik juicy aoma of citruy hops, and some nice bready malts. Flavor is not too intense, the bitterness is a little muted. Really nice fruity finish with a medium bitterness, i was quite impressed.
