Former name: "Festbier".

*Old rating, best before 07. 2006.

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass not very zippy, small head, darker than exspected. Dry aroma. Starts mild, a bit too mild for a festbier, modest malty-dry, soft fruity notes of plums. Finish dry, soft malty. Not my favourite!

Bottle, thanks Quack-Duck. Grassy aroma on a malty bottom. Chestnut, low head, low carbonation. Light nutty malt base, a bit grassyness, fairly quick finish, a hint caramel in the finfish. Medium to light body, dry mouthfeel.

Bottle, 5.3%. Mild ashtray aroma. Clear grey amber colour. Big stable frothy tan head. The flavour starts off a little boring. Has a hint of ash, aniseed. OK maltiness. Not so interesting, though.

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, amber colour with a beautiful foamy off-white head. Sweet cara-malty nose, slightly biscuit-like with discreet hoppy notes. Bitter, slightly sweet flavour, light to medium body, crispy mouthfeel. Cara-malty, slightly bready taste with herbal notes; moderately dry, malt-accented finish with herbal hops. Not very inspiring but pretty drinkable.
