Sample at the taproom during the 10th Anniversary event on 08/23/2025. Brown-black pour with a thin light beige head that dissipates quickly to a film. Sparse patches of lace. Aroma of cognac, malt, chocolate and coffee. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky cognac, dried fruit and chocolate malt. The finish is oaky with and vinous with a cognac and malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.
