Bottle at the DC Local Gathering on 8/1/2015, shared by radagast83. Clear golden yellow. Aromas of cinnamon, apples, honey. Tastes of cinnamon, spices, honey, apples. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

16oz jug pours a clear gold with zero head. Cool nose, like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, some baked Alaska, honey, clove. Flavor is obviously mead like, honey, apple, cinnamon, some cream cheese icing, a little heat on the end.

From a 50 cl bottle shared at the RB DC tasting Aug 1, 2015. Pours a clear gold with no head. Minty nose. Flavors cinnamon and honey.

Light cinnamon and some apple. Light golden pour. Light sweet finish. OK balance. Bottle shared at tasting.

Bottle. Poured a golden, clear, still. Aroma was light honey, cinnamon. Easy drinking, cinnamon. Sugar, honey. Lots of heat here.

Bottle. Hazy straw color, rare bubbles. Nice buttery cinnamon aroma. Taste starts with spice, but not overwhelming, then smooth floral honey. Tasty.
