No Moon On The Water is a spelt stout that we brewed with English pale malt, a robust blend of chocolate, roast, and dark crystal malts, some flaked barley and a bunch of Washington-grown Elwha spelt malt. We hopped this spelt stout exclusively with EKG and open-fermented it with our house English ale strain. Spunded for natural carbonation.
