Pachyderm Pale Wheat is an American pale wheat.The aroma is clean and hoppy with hints of citrus.The taste is pleasantly hoppy and smooth. We all know that elephants never forget. So when the Birmingham Zoo acquired six new baby elephants (part of the Pachyderm mammal family) we knew that our beloved Miss Fancy would have wanted us to help take care of them. So each and every time you enjoy a pint of our delicious Pachyderm Pale Wheat, we’ll donate 3% of the profits to help the Birmingham Zoo care for their elephant herd. Trunks Up to that!

Some light wheat but not a whole lot more. Pours amber with ok head and lacing. Light crisp finish. Easy to drink. Shared at tasting.

12oz can pours a clear gold with white head. Nose has lemon, soap, grass, mild grist. Flavor is honey, grass, lemon, some paper. Clean finish. Meh.

Can at the nuplastikk returns tasting in VA. Slightly hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of malt, wheat, corn. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, hay, malt. Light body with a dry finish.

From a 12 oz can shared at the 2016 Nuplastik is back tasting. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Light lemon wheat nose. Flavors of toast and citrus.

Can: Cloudy, brown-gold with a soapy white head. Orange, grapefruit, grain aroma. Taste is sweet, wheat malt, orange malt. Slightly spicy citrus peel bitter. Bright, refreshing, light. Very tasty.

Can. Orange wheat malt and pine/grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with large head. Sweet orange, wheat malt, and mildly bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Nice beer.

Draft. Hazy golden color, fluffy white head. Aroma of raw bread dough, ripe fruit. Taste starts sweet and malty, then fruit, then bready. Interesting.
