For those seeking a blonde beer that's more powerful and intense than our Yellow, our XXX recipe is the perfect choice.
Brewed in the style of English Ales, without any added spices or flavorings, it boasts a darker color, a pronounced bitterness, and fruity aromas thanks to the significant amount of malt used in the recipe.
This XXX is a "first-run" beer, meaning the wort is not diluted by rinsing the grains.
This results in the highest concentration of natural sugars available, which is why we achieve an 8% ABV.
This concentration of flavor is therefore evident on the palate.
Best served between 7 and 9°C.
Hops: Brewers Gold, Citra.
Malts: Pale Ale, Pilsner

Alright, here we go. I was a bit scared of this one but had to try it for completeness of everything they had available. And to be fair, their beers have all been pretty decent. This one is certainly a triple with its yeast character but does go a little off the rails with the malt, herbs and a little plastercine. At the same time, it’s
Still perfectly drinkable, though certainly not my favourite of their beers.
