Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: copper in color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: toasted nuts, clean caramel/toffee malts, earthy to grassy hops and a touch of accepted diacetyl further in the back
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a malty sweet and nutty vibe; finishes nutty and malty
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe closer to light bodied, sessionable, and very smooth along the tongue with an ever so slight touch of stickiness
Overall: seemed like this may be a touch closer to a festbier but honestly I'm not complaining as it was a mostly good offering, clean up that diacetyl and smash out that light stickiness on the feel and this could be an exceptional one.
