Can to stange glass.
Appearance: dark amber color with a three eggshell white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did some light lace stuck to the glass
Aroma: sweet to earthy and grassy tones, some biscuity character, toasted grains, subtle herbal character
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to malty sweet and earthy to herbal quality; finishes earthy, herbal and toasted grainy toned
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness along the tongue, light tickles of roasted grains rubbing along the tongue
Overall: a nicely done altbier I would return to.
