All throughout the warmer months, the creemee stand is a quintessential Vermont staple serving up the beloved Maple Creemee, the Vermonter’s answer to the traditional “soft serve” ice cream. We brewed this beer as an homage to Vermont-produced goods and to the beloved treat which shares its name. Naturally, we used 100% pure Vermont maple syrup and a healthy dose of milk sugar to create a wonderfully rich and creamy texture. We conditioned this beer on whole fresh vanilla beans and extra maple syrup, then finished it on nitrogen to give it a super smooth and silky texture. From the dairy barns to the sugar shacks and all the hidden places in between, this beer is an ode to everything Vermont!

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with some light bubbles seen rising to fill a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: maple syrup tones, sweet cream/milk sugar, light vanilla beans
Flavor: copies the aromas in a sweet yet balanced way; sweet creamy and subtle mapley finish
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, very smooth and creamy along the tongue
Overall: I see the cream ale style in this and it's nice with that Vermont twist in this.
