A finely balanced pale bitter, with a delicate fusion of citrus hops. A clean dry and refreshingly smooth after taste

Bottle from the Watermill Inn. Appearance - amber with a nice fluffy head. Nose - caramel with a hint of lemon. Taste - more caramel, some shortbread. Some lemon but mostly caramel shortbread. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a finish that could be fresher. Overall - could be more refreshing but not bad.
