A powerful, vibrant double dry hopped DIPA with outstanding depth of hop character. We've used three different forms of Citra in dry hop: pellets, Dynaboost and Liquid Lupulin (a new, pure liquid hop product) that gifts the beer with an extreme citrus quality but also more of the hop's underlying tropical, stone fruit and dank notes. That is supported by NZ hop trio Nectaron, Motueka and Peacharine, supercharging those lush fruit flavours that keep your tastebuds shifting from one taste to the next.

Can from Eskbank Trading. Murky deep golden body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dried mango, dusty pine and pineapple. Flavour of pine, pineapple and bitter hops. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid DIPA, but not one of Track’s knockouts.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Cloudy straw colour, small head. Marmaladey peach aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with husky porridge, some syrup, nectarine and peach. More hop burn than bitterness.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and some mild citrusy tones with a bit toffee too. Flavour is herbal, citrusy, some slight biscuity and toffeeish tones with mild tropical fruits and grass too.

Nose is fleshy tropicana, grass, pine resin, mango, papaya.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, grass, hop spice, ripe melon, light perfume.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head that lasts no time at all. Palate is light, semi dry, fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin bodied pale malts, a light and thin creamy sweetness. Hops bring pine and bitterish but reasonably bright citrus. Mild stone fruits, Peacharine a little more obvious on the back end. Mild Motueka lime. The semi dry finish brings a pinch of hop spice. Hmmm. A tad dry for my palate and, I didn't feel the very promising hop array delivered what they are capable of delivering. A tad recessed in the hop fruits department. Still, goes down pretty easy.

440ml can. Murky pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of ripe peaches, mango, papaya, lime. Taste of ripe exotic fruit puree, papaya, mango, peach, grapefruit, lime, citric bitterness. Full bodied. Beautiful DIPA.
