Tap. Just an average American light lager. Pale yellow in color. Light head. Aroma is weak, very light grains. Taste is a hay-like grain taste.

On tap at the Gatlinburg location. Pours very pale gold. Grain, apricot, wet cracker, little fruity. Medium body. Fine.

5oz on tap at Smoky Mountain in Gatlinburg. Poured a clear yellow color, light fizzy yellow beer, a lot like the macros it’s going for in terms of not only visual, but also flavor and aroma. Light corn notes, some very light sweet notes, not super crisp. Kind of bland and a touch sweeter than a standard macro. I’d avoid this in the future, but a pitcher of this would be a lot easier to stomach than any Bud, Miller or Coors product.

Keg at Smoky Mountain Turkey Creek, 16/02/15. Clear pale golden/yellow with a minimal white covering. Nose is cereal, grain, light piss, floral notes. Taste comprises cereala, grassy tones, lemon rind, straw, grain. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so affair but ok for style.

Bottle from brewery. Very, very light watery malt aroma. Pale gold with a moderate white head. Light barley malt flavor and the slightest hint of grassy hops. Light body, moderate carbonation. For starters, I’m not a fan of light beer, but if I were going to drink one, this would do. It doesn’t have much flavor, but it does have more than any of the macro lights I’ve tried.

A blonde lager with a thick white head. In aroma, light chalky malt, no hops. In mouth, a bland sweet malt with faint grassy hops, watery. On tap at Calhoun on the River, Oct. 22 2011.

Sample at Calhoun’s, Knoxville, TN. pours clear goden, thin whtie head. aroma and taste were one dimensional, yet the beer was very enjoyable, pilsener like aroma with rice sweetness. Light in body with a light malty and bitter sweet finish. For the style, this was quite a surprise.

Bottle from brewery. Sour malt and rubber aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Rubber the dominant flavor - very light malt. Don’t know if it’s due to their bottling or this was old - the rubber taste was just too much. / New rating. Lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Medium yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet milky biscuit malt and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. A very nice light beer (and no more issues with bottling).
