Cloudy, straw-coloured, with a white head that dissipates rather quickly. A pleasant aroma with passion fruit in the foreground, followed by a blend of exotic fruits, citrus zest, a touch of pine, and distant forest fruits. The taste is rather dry, with lemon and lemon zest, exotic fruit in the background, the pine a bit shy, and also trying to build a light bitterness. The overall flavour is decent, hoppy, but for a birthday beer, I feel unsatisfied.

nice fresh citrus fruity sugary sweet malty aroma, good herbal hoppy base to it all. Not overly strong, but very appetizing.
Flavor is exotic fruity with a bit of an hoppy edge at the end. not very bitter, but quite flavorful. good neutral malts that stay crisp. Very enjoyable and quaffable hazy.

Ayrshire Coastal Walking Mini Break Beer#24. Nice beer art on this can, found in Troon at the end of my walk, drank warm. Citrus experienced first, pine gets the aftertaste, neither are that stated but its strength gives it a good body. Hazy paler golden. This is the version with the Fierce Beer logo on as oppose to Northern Monk, however general consensus seems to be it's the same beer with brewer shenanigans going on for whatever reason.

440ml can from Morrison's (Wellington, Shropshire), this is the Fierce colab version though. Poured into a vase shaped UK pint glass at home on 9th January 2026. Hazed pale yellow body, white crown that stayed a little time before fading to a wisp and collar. Grapefruit aroma and taste with other citrus fruits trying to muscle in, just looks a bit thin and weak which is a shame because it's a decent hoppy NEIPA.
