22 oz. bottle. Nice hazy gold, with a giant, fluffy, off-white head. Big butterscotch nose, grass, white sugar, green apple, and some light leather and funk. Grainy and sweet, lightly bitter, and a light, tartness. Light body, effervescent, light acidity, and bubbly. Overall, this is a nice, complex, fruity beer. Excellent mouthfeel, and a well balanced flavor.

From a 75 cl bottle at the DC Pre-Turkey Day tasting on Nov 9, 2014. Pours a hazy gold with an exploding white head. Floral nose. Flavors of herbs and lemon. Tart finish.

Bottle at the DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Poured a very hazy pale yellow pour. Aroma was light citrus with lime zest notes. Flavor was light citrus, some light spicy notes, yeast character. Pretty tasty.

Fairly strong Belgian yeast aroma here. Hazy white pour. Light sweet and sour finish. Some faint coriander. Bottle.

Bottle. Murky pale yellow color, white head. Gorgeous herbal and floral aroma with freshly cut hay. Taste is barnyard cobwebs and dusty fruit. Very nice.

Bottle shared at a private tasting. Pours a hazy lemon with a large frothy white head. A good bit of a gusher. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and tropical hops, lemongrass. The taste is tropical, zesty, citrus hops, pale malt, herbal notes. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.
