Our American blonde ale is a soft and delicate ale brewed with pilsner malt and jasmine flower. The addition of jasmine adds a floral and slightly fruity layer. Single speed pours a crisp golden hue with floral undertones.

Draft. A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of lemons and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay, crisp malt, and flowers, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle shared by solidfunk at DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Poured a golden color with a small, white head. Aroma was notes of light floral notes, some funky notes. Flavor was light citrus, buttery. Okay. inoffensive.

Pretty drinkable. Not quite fair to break this open here at a tasting with so many good beers. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Light hint of what tastes like florals actually. Bottle from Philly somewhere.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home prior to hanging out with my cousin. Overall not bad. Appearance is a rather clear gold with a thin white rim. Aroma of flowers and light spice. Taste of honey, light malt, light spice, light yeast. Overall it’s light and pretty flavorful. Good stuff.
