500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and dusty yeasty aroma, notes of apricot, hints of rotting fruit, slightly bretty background with a weak touch of ammonia. Taste is dry, tart, lactic, fruity, fruit acidic, hints of apricot, a touch of sauerkraut.

Bottle @ Potjepalooza, 10 cl sample. There once was a Dutch Ratebeerian, who could poetically describe the aroma of a certain beer by his childhood memories. That might sound like rocket science, and maybe it was, as he truly was a rocket scientist. The aroma of that mentioned beer reminded him of the skins of yellow plums in the garden of his old grandma. This beer reminds me of Savads story, back in the old RB days. Oh, those memories.
