BA Griffith is our yearly Barrel Aged Imperial Coffee stout with Trystero Coffee. This year’s blend was made from 2 different batches of Griffith. One aged for 12 months and one aged for 17 months. We carefully selected the barrels that perfectly complemented each other and added a splendidly roasted Natural Ethiopia Guji Gigesa coffee from Trystero Coffee at around 2lbs/bbl, rounding out the flavor with notes of blueberry, pomegranate, and honey.

Dark brown, no head. Okay the bourbon really unlocks new levels in this beer. Same rich sugars, vanillins, tannins, just the extra layer complexity to an already delicious beer.
