With clear notes of espresso, dark chocolate and a hint of authentic Icelandic coffee, this Porter is dark and rich, offering a medium body that is robust, yet smooth on the palate and easy to drink. There’s no need to be afraid of the dark anymore.

Best before 04/24, buying it at Heinrich 3000, Kornwestheim, february 2023. Opening the bottle yesterday at midday, despite of the hot weather. Classical and tasty porter, smooth, dry, note of coffee, cocoa, bitter, mineral, bitter, well balanced.

Pour is a black with a large tan head. Aroma is a nice bitter bakers chocolate. The flavor is again bitter with some maple syrup sweetness and some minor roasted notes. I don't know what's "toasted" about this but it was an above average porter.

Bottle. Deep, dark chocolate brown with a small head. Small yellow, particles in it. Aroma was coffee, chocolate and toast. Taste was a creamy, rich mocha.

Bottiglia.
