330ml bottle [part of Flaubartlebier’s trilogy "Éducation sennetimentale", thank you very much!]. Cloudy, bright yellow colour with average to huge, fluffy to macropore, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, crystalline white head. Citrusy hoppy and minimally funky aroma, notes of quince, unripe mirabelle, lemon zest, minimally dusty yeasty overtones, a touch of pepper, white bread crust. Taste is crisp bitter hoppy, minimally tart, slightly diluted notes of quince, unripe mirabelle, dry hints of white bread crust, slightly peppery finish; rather light and watery. Punchy bitterness, curbed fruitiness.

Bottle shared by Erwin van Moll @ Brewpub Van Moll. Hazy almost milky white to pale yellow color, medium to full sized white head. Aroma is wheat, grassy hops, slightly lemongrass. Taste malts, bitter hops, hops, bitter. Quite thin bodied, firm carbonation. Hmm decent beer, but a little too much bitterness without fruit hops for me to really like it.

Bottle from the BBNo brewery and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold lasting thick white head. Some hop, some yeast on aroma. Really good pale ale. Lots of hops, good bitterness on the finish. Reminds me of a mix of a witbier and Taras Balba. Very drinkable. Over carbonated. Yes, just super drinkable and lots of lemon, lime, grapefruit. Very entertaining, well balanced. The bottle disappeared so quickly. More please.

Bottle from BBNo. It pours cloudy yellow with a triumphant white head. The aroma is fresh, white bread, cracker, straw, light spice, zest, hay, light ginger and pepper. The taste is crisp, bright, fresh, white farmhouse bread, earth, lemon zest, light grapefruit, straw, grass and cracker with a dry finish. Light body and fine, foamy carbonation. Brilliant refreshing session ale. Drinks so damn easy.
