Sample at Bob's Bar during the "Little Fish Brewing Night!" on 03/22/2018. This Cider is a slightly clear pale yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of apples, vinegar and yeast. Medium body with flavors of oak, tart and funky apples and vinegar. The finish is fruity with a tart apple aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Covenhoven in BK. 8oz pour. Ginger yellow, opaque body. Smell is of sour crab apples, orange juice and vinegar. Taste is sour orange juice, apple cider vinegar, leather and mild oak. Batteries. Lacking apple character. Prickly carbonation and a juicy texture. Really not impressed with this brand.

Bottle poured and split. Pours a cloudy lemonade color with no head. Fresh apple aroma. Flavor is sour up front, but sweetens out a bit. Lingering green apple palate. Enjoyed the sour element of this cider. Definitely made it a standout. Very nice.

Tasting at Ferris’; batch 5
Murky pale blond color. Sour aroma, lemony, a bit of hazelnut too. Light mouthfeel, highly carbonated; very lemony; not much depth or complexity, but it has a good degree of acidity.
Daring.
