Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a hazy golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Lots of sediment in the glass. Aromas of yellow fruits, some floral and hedgerow. Taste is quite floral with a touch more yellow fruits, some citrus rind, herbal notes and a bit of peppery spice. Medium body and fairly low carbonation. Very decent beer with lots of flavour for 5%abv. Would have this again.

Bottle from a gift basket - many thanks! Pours hazy ochre with a lasting, thin, white head. Aroma of orange zest, freshly cut apple, sourdough, soap, unripe banana, straw, pepper. Taste has sweetish apple & banana, sour touches of wheat, lemon & soap with a bitter spicy backbone; spices & spelt lend a 'rough' edge to the earthy hoppy finish; yeasty-bready malty profile lingers with clove & unripe fruit. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Not entirely my thing but it's cleverly made.
